UPDATED: WQAD-TV's Highly Creative Version

ORIGINAL POST:  On Thursday, November 6, WQAD-TV managed to highlight just how badly a local television station can cause a tremendous amount of harm.  It makes you wonder about people.  Not only did we repeatedly attempt to contact the station, with actual, documented fact, but they ignored the public record, being taken in by Samande's prevaricating.  It makes a person wonder just what must be done to correct the record.  Something like this is just plain wrong.

This is the comment I posted at WQAD-TV, following their report, where they basically fell for Samande's version of things.

"I don't know where to even begin discussing this piece.  First, we have repeatedly asked for WQAD to contact me, to respond to Mr. Samande's highly creative version of the facts.  Perhaps court records should speak for themselves.  Not only has Mr. Samande harassed and threatened the Matsons, but he has tried the same tactics on me, when I attempted to correct the record.  The historic house is NOT being demolished.  Mr. Samande has officially been evicted from the premises and is not allowed back onto the property.  We are in the process of ascertaining the actual damages he inflicted on the property, such as ripping out electrical wiring, water pipes, putting solar panels on the roof, this sort of thing.  A new furnace is missing as is an air conditioning unit, just to mention a few things.  Mr. Samande has been on record starting that the Wyatt Earp Birthplace, Inc. has been closed for a decade.  This is not true.  I cannot imagine giving someone who has constantly lied, even in court, the benefit of the doubt the way WQAD has done.  For more information on the situation, I suggest you consult http://wyattearpbirthplace.blogspot.com
