Repair List #1

 It is rather obvious the list of repairs will be changing.  This is the first list, dated October 30, 2015.  The before and after photos are alarming, and heart-breaking.

Repair List:
Repair WEB roof
Repair Garage door and roof
Paint the WEB house
Fix 5 Windows
Fix upstairs children's room that he has taken apart and damaged.
Buy new locks for the Wyatt Earp Birthplace Museum. 4 doors/4 locks.
Repair OK corral: Fence, Buildings, Buckboard Wagon and paint the fence.
Possible repair of wood floor where the dog was living …violation of the  lease.
Repair historical items that we may find in the parlor room that they shoved items into and barricaded.
Replace possible stolen quilt in children’s room
Repair Sewer through 1 and 3/4 lots to next connection line.
Repair Electrical panel and all wires
New Furnace and Installation ..
New Water heater and installation
New window air conditioner and installation
Replace stolen refrigerator
Replace stolen electric range
Paint railing on Handicapped ramp.
